Having the transformed bacteria spent 2 days in the incubator at their leisurely temperature of 37 °C, it was finally time to see if they did what was supposed to come out of the experiment.
And actually they have! Now we have bacteria that has genes from some totally different creature in it, and to show it off, it glows as hell.
It seems that this kit is really foolproof indeed.
